With over two decades of experience, Letitia is a master of her craft and a mentor to many. Her presence radiates calm, her work speaks volumes, and her purpose is rooted in uplifting others—especially women who’ve been overlooked or underestimated. She is not only a stylist but a symbol of what it means to rise and bring others with you.

Leticia's journey began straight out of school, where she stepped into the world of hair with passion and purpose. Over the years, she worked in some of the most respected salons in the Northern Suburbs, refining her technique and building a loyal clientele.
Her commitment to growth led her to complete a Business course at UWC, equipping her with the operational and leadership skills that now complement her creative brilliance. Letitia's path is a testament to resilience, professionalism, and a deep love for her craft.

Letitia leads as Salon Manager and Lead Stylist at Opale Beauty Studio. She oversees daily operations, mentors junior stylists, and ensures that every client experience reflects the studio's values of elegance, empowerment, and excellence.
Letitia doesn't just manage a team-she nurtures a culture. Her leadership is rooted in loyalty, kindness, and a deep belief in the power of women supporting womens. Whether she's behind the chair or guiding the team, she brings grace, structure, and soul to everything she does.

Outside the salon, Letitia is a women of god. She ministers to broken women, and she is a devoted single parent to 5 beautiful kids. Her life is grounded in purpose and compassion, and she brings that same energy into every interaction. She lives to uplift others, especially women who are reclaiming their confidence and rewriting their stories.

Charlene brings over a decade of experience in hairstyling, fashion, and mobile beauty services. Her dynamic background includes advanced training in styled cuts, creative colouring techniques, and afro-textured styling-making her one of the most versatile stylists in the Western Cape.

Her career includes salon management, mobile beauty outreach, and over two years of dedication at Opalé Hair Studio prior the brand's evolution.

Gentle Hands, Quiet Strength - Michelle Constable may be the quiet sister in a family of stylists, but her presence at Opalé speaks volumes. With no prior work experience and a life marked by instability, Michelle's journey into the beauty industry began with a simple act of support-her sister Letitia, brought her in to help behind the basin. What started as a helping hand quickly revealed something deeper: Michelle belonged here.
